Our History

In 2001, HangZhou YongXing Chemical Fire Co.,Ltd was established , There are two machines , which mainly do Polyester Cationic Yarn.

In 2005, we developed polyester Trilobal Bright yarn for blanket and plush to replace acrylic yarn, which is the first in China. During the same period, the DTY machines increased to 10.

In 2007, a new workshop was increased and the DTY machines increased to 22.

in 2008，The Foreign Trade Department was set up

in 2009.，Hangzhou Ascend Import and Export Co., Ltd was established

In 2010, we added 42 positions of POY with 2 lines, with a daily production capacity of 100 tons/day, and entered the color spinning market.

In 2011, Increased 48 Positions of POY , a total of 90 positions, 4 lines, with a daily production capacity of 160 tons/day.

In 2013, the two factories were merged to form a prototype with the new factory as the main part and the old factory as the auxiliary, covering a total area of about 100,000 square meters.

In2013, It passed the ISO9001 quality system certificate.

In2016. the DTY machines increased to 39.

In 2017, we added 26 positions spinning equipment of Beijing Zhongli, a total of 116 positions and 5 lines, with a daily production capacity of 200 tons/day.

In 2018, the POY-spinning equipment of Shanghai Jingwei Co., Ltd was increased by 25 positions spinning equipment with a total of 141 positions-spinning equipment and 6 lines, with a daily production capacity of 230 tons/day.

In 2019, Obtainer OEKO-TEX 100 certificate.

In 2020, the company passed the GRS regeneration environmental protection certification.

In 2020, we developed new products , Such as Imitation cotton yarn series, Two tone polyester yarn series , Environmentally friendly yarn series, Functional  Yarn series , Cationic Polyester Composite yarn series , Recycle polyester yarn , Super- high elastic yarn series and so on.

In 2021. The DTY machines increased to 50. Such as HongYuan, Barmag, JingGong and TMT.

Our Factory

HangZhou YongXing Chemical Fibre Co.,Ltd was established in April.2001.We adheres to the concept of "focus on customers and continuous innovation".After 21 years of development, now we have an annual production capacity of 150,000 tons of POY and DTY polyester. Our main products are environmentally friendly polyester colored yarns, various differentiated chemical fibers, and functional chemical fibers. We are located in Guali Town, Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou, a famous chemical fiber town in China on the south bank of Qiantang River, 5 kilometers away from Xiaoshan International Airport.

Hangzhou YongXing Chemical Fibre Co.,ltd ’s total assets is nearly 100 million USD , It covers an area of 80,000 square meters, with a construction area of 100,000 square meters, and employs nearly 500 .We imported the Production equipment from Japan and well-known domestic brands. With an annual output of 150,000 tons of spinning and texturing supporting production lines, and we have stable suppliers to ensure that the quality of our raw materials stable.Now, with stable quality and preferential prices, we have been ahead of other polyester colored yarn manufacturers, and played an important role in this field. Meanwhile ,Our export department-Hangzhou Ascend Import and Export Co., Ltd. With 13 years of overseas marketing experience, we have also accumulated a large number of customers from more than 20 countries including Turkey, Egypt, Spain, Brazil, Chile, Saudi Arabia, Uzbekistan, and Russia. Now our average export volume has reached 40,000 tons per year.
