POY yarn is available in different lustre like Semi-Dull POY and Bright POY. The Bright POY has the shine in it due to the cross-sections in the filaments. The fabric made from Bright POY also has the bright lustre. Polyester POY yarn is mainly available in Raw White color & is also available in various different colors. POY is usually colored by the Dope Dyed technology as it is more efficient & the yarn gets evenly colored at each & every part. Color master-batch is mixed with the raw material to make the dope dyed POY. Dope dyed POY yarn can be used to make the Dope Dyed DTY yarn.

1) Q: Where is your company?

A: Our headquarters is located in HangZhou, ZheJiang Province, factory in HangZhou, also with many cooperated factories around the domestic.

2) Q: What's the port of loading?

A: Normally NingBo Port, ShangHai Port

3) Q: What's your sample policy and sample lead time?

A: Small samples are free. Even the courier fee will be refunded after you place the order. The lead time for small sample is 1~3 days. Sample can be sent /customized when the clients has requirement. Sample is not free, but the sample fee will be refund when you place the order. Meanwhile the clients will also be required to pay the shipping by themselves.

4) Q: What's your MOQ?

A: For normally specifications, usually in 200kg.

B: Other items depends, such as Unconventional specifications.

5) Q: How do I know the quality of the products?

A: We'll send you the small baby cone for you to see by yourself. QC inspection by yourself/ your friend/ 3rd QC agent is accepted. and we could provide sample for your test.

6) Q: What's your production lead time?

A: The normal lead time is around 2-3 weeks for one 40' GP. Faster lead time is available upon confirmation.
